Falcon is a software service being developed by Centic. Falcon assists in the sales process by ensuring that everybody involved is up-to-date with leads, contacts, and ongoing sales projects.

It keeps track of all communications with your contacts. This ensures that the complete contact history is available.

Falcon also includes an action management system that ensures that you take the right actions at the right time.

Falcon is currently in beta version and will be released in early 2009. When released Falcon will be available as a software service for a limited monthly fee.
